The heating season won't be possible in the Luhansk region even if it is liberated – Head of Luhansk Military Administration

Serhii Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, warns the public that it won’t be possible to have a heating season in Luhansk Oblast.

Quote: "Heating season won’t be possible in the Luhansk region this winter, especially in those cities where houses have been under attack for four months. Russian forces destroyed practically all of the infrastructure there."
Details: Haidai states that in case of quick liberation of the region the authorities will ask locals to not return home for long because even if thermal boilers are repaired, it will be impossible to restore the heating systems throughout the cities in time for winter.
Haidai reminded the residents that there are two evacuation routes from the Luhansk region – through Zaporizhzhia Oblast and through Russia and Baltic countries.
